Donovan is a visionary tech and music entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. A few months after earning his degree from Morehouse, Donovan began managing his childhood friend and college classmate, Park3r, after discovering Park3r's talent for making beats during class. Within just six months, Donovan negotiated a strategic partnership for 6lement with Artist Publishing Group (APG).

Donovan’s industry relationships further solidified his standing as a power player in the music business. A pivotal connection with Ty Ty Smith opened doors to Roc Nation, where Donovan eventually secured a publishing partnership between Roc Nation and 6lement.

In addition to his business acumen, Donovan is an accomplished composer and songwriter, with credits on tracks by platinum artists such as Kalii, Calboy, and Monaleo. As CEO of 6lement, he oversees all producers and artists under the label, ensuring its continued innovation and success.
